Your privacy is important to Tybera. This statement discloses the information practices for Tybera eFlex Web sites, including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

Password Protection and Confidentiality
The Account Holder is responsible for all use of their account and confidentiality of personal password and user information. Tybera will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords or user information. We use a secure system and make every reasonable effort to maintain the confidentiality of all Account Holder information gathered for use with the system. The Account Holder's information is never disclosed or sold in whole or in part to any third party or outside organization. All information remains strictly confidential unless ordered to be released to a court of law. Former Account Holder information is deleted from our systems and no record retained or thereafter disclosed for any reason.
